Some platforms support remote troubleshooting, in which case you'll see a Troubleshoot button in the device edit page.
This will wipe the embed application content files, reboot the device and redownload the content.
This can sometimes be a good step to either resolve an issue or understand more about where issues may be arising.
To use this function, click into a device on the devices overview page. Here you will see the 'Troubleshoot' button
Click this button and you'll see a confirmation pop up appear, click 'confirm' to proceed
Now you'll see the button has changed to 'troubleshooting'
The next time the device checks into embed, it'll wipe the files, reboot and redownload the content.
