If you have recently updated your embed signage Windows application from v3.4.2 and you are now unable to download content to the device,  please carry out the below steps:

  1. Navigate to C:\\Users\***SelectDeviceUsername****\AppData\Local

  2. Delete any folder called ’embed’ or ’embed signage’

  3. Navigate to C:\\Users\***SelectDeviceUsername****\AppData\Roaming

  4. Delete any folder called ’embed’ or ’embed signage’

  5. Relaunch the embed signage application

If the problem is not solved after following these steps, please contact our support team.
