Follow the steps below to get your Samsung SSP back online.

If the content is not showing, it is probably not running the embed signage application. Simply press 'Home' on the Samsung remote and select 'URL Launcher'.

If the content is showing

The device has probably lost network connection, to reconnect:

Using the Samsung remote:

  • Press the' Home' button

  • Select 'Network Status'

  • It will check your network connection

If not connected

  • Select 'Network Settings'

  • Reconnect to your network - may need password entered again

  • Select 'Close'

  • Select 'URL Launcher' to reload embed signage

If connected

  • Select 'Close'

  • Select 'URL Launcher' to reload embed signage

If the content is not showing

The device will not be running the embed signage application.

  • Press the 'Home' button on your Samsung remote control

  • Select 'URL Launcher' to relaunch the app

When your device has an internet connection and running the embed signage application, it will show as online on your account. You can now publish new content.
