Follow the steps below to get your Samsung Tizen back online.

If the content is not showing, it is probably not running the embed signage application. Simply press 'Home' on the Samsung remote and select 'URL Launcher'.

If the content is showing

The device has probably lost network connection, to reconnect:

Using the Samsung remote

  • Press the 'Home' button

  • Navigate to 'Network Status'

  • A message will appear to say whether you are connected or not

If not connected

  • Click 'Network Settings'

  • Reconnect to your network - may need password entered again

  • Once connected - Click 'Ok'

  • Press the 'Home' button

  • Click 'URL Launcher' to re-launch the embed signage application

If connected

  • Click 'Close'

  • Click 'URL Launcher' to re-launch the embed signage application

If the content is not showing

The device will not be running the embed signage application.

  • Press the 'Home' button on your Samsung remote control

  • Select 'embed signage URL Launcher' to relaunch the app

When your device has an internet connection and running the embed signage application, it will show as online on your account. You can now publish new content.
