Is the device online?
For the device controller functions to work, the device itself needs to be online. If it is offline, the device controller will not work.
Does you network allow it?
Device controller requires the use of specific ports, please refer to our technical PDF for a list of the ports required and ensure your network is enabled / set up to allow this.
