If you have recently updated your embed signage Windows application from v3.4.2 and you are now unable to download content to the device, please carry out the below steps:
Navigate to C:\\Users\***SelectDeviceUsername****\AppData\Local
Delete any folder called ’embed’ or ’embed signage’
Navigate to C:\\Users\***SelectDeviceUsername****\AppData\Roaming
Delete any folder called ’embed’ or ’embed signage’
Relaunch the embed signage application
If the problem is not solved after following these steps, please contact our support team.
