Follow the steps below to get your Windows device back online.

If the content is not showing, the device will either be off or not running the embed signage application. Make sure the device is on and running the app.

If the content is showing

The device has probably lost network connection, to reconnect:

You will need a USB keyboard and mouse for the next steps

  • Plug the USB keyboard and mouse into your device.

  • Press the 'ESC' key to bring up the screen below

  • Enter '36233' as the default password and select 'Quit'

The screen will go black

  • Press 'CTRL ATL DEL' to bring up the screen below

If the network icon is shown in the bottom right-hand corner, simply connect to the network there.

If the network icon isn't displayed, follow these steps

  • Select 'Task Manager'

  • Select 'File' => 'New Task'

  • Enter 'explorer' and select 'OK'

This will bring up the Windows desktop.

In the bottom right corner of the screen, there should be a network icon. Select this and reconnect to your network.

When reconnected, relaunch the embed signage application by either selecting the icon on the desktop or rebooting the device (if the device is set up in kiosk mode).

If the content is not showing

The device will not be running the embed signage application, simply find the shortcut on your desktop and click to relaunch.

When your device has an internet connection and running the embed signage application, it will show as online on your account. You can now publish new content.
