Not showing in the layout preview:

First, make sure the website widget is configured correctly.

Have you set the website to fit the width of the zone or load at a specific pixel width?

Have you set the left or top offsets that would not show the website as you intend?

If you are sure the settings of the website widget are correct, please read on:

  • To preview a website in the layout builder, the site must be HTTPS

  • The website must allow the embedding of its site. If 'X-Frame-Options' are set to 'sameorigin', the site will not display.

Not showing on a device:

The first thing to check; Is the device online? If it is, please continue to read:

  • SSSP v2, v3 and v4 - displaying website content is not recommended on these devices.

  • LG WebOS v3, v3.2 - displaying website content is not recommended on these devices.

  • ONELAN - check the website allows the embedding of its site. If 'X-Frame-Options' are set to 'sameorigin', the site will not display.

  • If the website is Flash based, a specific PPAPI Flash must be used to display correctly on Windows or macOS.
